You'll notice we don't say "clinically proven" or "the most accurate test online." Here's what we actually do, which frameworks we draw from, and where the line is.

How results are generated

Each assessment scores your answers against the dimensions of its underlying framework — for example, five trait scales for the Big 5, or two axes for the Political Compass. Your report is generated from those scores: where you landed, what that combination typically looks like, and what's worth reflecting on.

Reports are written to be specific and useful, not flattering. If a result doesn't ring true, that disagreement is itself useful information — the report will tell you the same thing.

What our assessments are not

  • ✕ They are not a diagnosis of any condition — including ADHD, BPD, or narcissistic personality disorder.
  • ✕ They are not medical, psychiatric, or psychological advice, and not a substitute for a professional.
  • ✕ They are not certified instruments. Our IQ-style test is a reasoning exercise, not a proctored IQ score.
  • ✕ They can't tell you who you are. They can help you notice patterns worth reflecting on.
